  • Terms of Use of the Site

According to art. 1229 of the Civil Code, the user undertakes to indemnify Zelon, its employees and collaborators from any compensation obligation or legal costs related to the use of the site. The company is not liable for damages, direct or indirect, resulting from technical malfunctions or electronic failures of the devices used for access, including those of external service providers.

The company will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of the contents of the site or any linked sites. However, upon notification by users, the company undertakes to evaluate and remove any harmful links quickly.

Furthermore, the company will not be considered in breach or liable for damages caused by force majeure events, such as interruption of the internet connection or interference by third parties.

In case of violation of the terms or damage to the site, Zelon reserves the right to delete the user's data and prevent future access, with possible legal action for damages suffered.

  • Terms of Sale

To access the services offered by the site, you must complete the registration. The user declares to have read the privacy policy and assumes responsibility for the personal data provided, which must be accurate and updated. Any changes must be communicated promptly. The user is responsible for managing his/her password and for any illicit uses that may arise from it, even if performed by third parties.

  • Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

The contract between Zelon and the customer is considered concluded when the company accepts the order, even if only partially. Such acceptance is implicit, unless otherwise communicated. By placing an order, the customer declares to accept all the general conditions of sale, payment and delivery described on the site.

If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases for private use and not for professional purposes), he is required to keep a copy of the general conditions of sale, as required by the Consumer Code. Sending an order does not imply the obligation for the company to accept it.

The company reserves the right to refuse orders, in part or in whole, without this implying a right to compensation for the customer.

PURCHASE METHODS

The customer can only purchase the products listed in the online catalog at the time of ordering. The accompanying images may not perfectly represent the product in terms of color, size or accessories. Zelon will not be responsible for any errors in the description of the products.

Acceptance of the order is confirmed by email, with the order number, date and time. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data entered. Orders are subject to stock availability; in the event of stock out, the customer will be promptly informed and will be able to choose between a credit or a refund. The verification procedure may take up to 15 days.

SHIPPING

Zelon ships globally, using different couriers depending on the destination country. Any customs fees are not included in the total cost of the order and are the responsibility of the customer. In case of failure to collect the shipment, no refund will be provided. Shipments are made the next business day after payment. Once the goods have been shipped, the customer will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email with the tracking code, useful for monitoring the status of the shipment. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Zelon guarantees to process the order within 1-2 working days for those completed Monday to Friday by 12:00.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Zelon products undergo rigorous quality control. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request it.

In case the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Zelon will cover the shipping costs for the return. If the return is due to a size change or other personal reasons, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

To request a return, send an email to info @zelon.it with the order number, the code of the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. Before proceeding with the shipment of the package, it is necessary to wait for a confirmation email with the details and address for shipping.

In the event of an exchange of goods for reasons not attributable to the seller, the cost of shipping for the new item will be borne by the customer.

How to prepare the package : Make sure to use the original packaging, covering any old shipping labels. The products must be returned with all the original labels and must not show signs of use or damage. Zelon reserves the right to not accept the return if the conditions described above are not met. Once the conformity of the return has been verified, we will refund. Shipping costs will be refunded only in the case of manufacturing defects.

Please note: By choosing PayPal as your payment method, shipping will only be made to the address indicated on the payment receipt. It will not be possible to change the shipping address after purchase.

WARRANTY

Products purchased by consumers are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, according to the Consumer Code. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. The guarantee allows the consumer to request repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, a partial or total refund.

Professionals who purchase with a VAT number are covered by a 12-month guarantee, regulated by the Civil Code. Defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery.
